Numbric – Turns your iPhone into a wireless number pad

Numbric - iPhone number, numeric, symbol key pad

After many months of working, idling and working again… NumbricHeadnix next iPhone app is finally ready for the world!

The concept of Numbric is quite similar to Headnix’s other app – Finger which both sends characters over Wi-Fi. In Numbric, we send numeric characters and symbol keys instead.

Numbric turns your iPhone into a wireless number pad. It works on iPod Touch too. You connect Numbric with your Mac through Headnix Connect. You can then have a dedicated number pad for your beloved Macbook or Macbook Pro. (it works on iMac and other Macs too)

Numbric is available in iTunes App Store for USD$1.99.

If you wanna review the app, please let me know. I can send you the redeem code.

Is Apple less cool?

Ellen’s iPhone Commercial Update!

Ellen DeGeneres made a spoof ad of the iPhone in her show. The next day she made an apology in public. She made folks in Apple angry about it, I guess.

Well… you may say she used the official logo and the iPhone trademark in the spoof ad. It’s technically wrong doing so. But, an apology? It’s nothing more than people imitating artists and politicians in SNL to me.

This is not a single event. There are a series of events recently from selective approval to lack of Mac (and notice) of WWDC 2010.

Is Apple less cool?

I feel like indie band becoming mainstream…

The Big Web Show

Jeffrey Zeldman (A-List Apart, CSS, HTML guy) has started a podcast lately – The Big Web Show. I haven’t started listening to it yet. Seems to be a great one base onĀ iTunes review. Let me know if you have checked it.

What Makes a Meme Go Mainstream?

What Makes a Meme Go Mainstream?

The ROFLcon is just over. ROFLcon focuses on internet meme – what makes memes work, why they work, and where its all going. There are quite some interesting interviews on Rocketboom.

I like Ben Huh’s insight, “We may be on the forefront of internet culture becoming the most dominant culture in the world through the power of internet and through community”

This is the best of times!!

TWiST #49.5 Interview with Nathan Lasche

Interview with Nathan Lasche

Nathan Lasche isn’t any famous guy. He’s a 2nd year Harvard Business School student.

The interview is a good story to listen to if you are wondering how to get into startup business. Here, I wanna highlight the last 1 minute of the interview.

Jason wraps up saying… “Learn how to code. Do something hard like coding. Not moving money around on Wall Street and trying to destroy the country. Financial engineering is not a career. Do real engineering.”
